Campbellsville offering online courses to KPA members at a discount

Looking for some college credit classes? Want to learn about digital and social media, digital reporting, visual journalism, marketing or public relations?

Then Campbellsville University has a deal for you. It’s offering up to 43 fully online programs, with three certificates, six Associates, 12 Bachelors and 22 Graduate courses to KPA member newspaper employees with a 10 percent discount.

There’s a wealth of opportunities for those just wanting to learn more about things like digital and social media or digital reporting or those who are serious about working toward a college degree. That group of courses is included in a Certificate in Mass Communications, by the way. And there’s also an Associate Degree of Science in Mass Communications.

Certificate – Digital Reporting Overview

With Campbellsville’s online journalism certificate, you’ll be prepared to be the first to report breaking news on digital media outlets. Faculty members who have industry experience will teach you the necessary skills for digital reporting.

You’ll explore the fundamentals of broadcasting and digital media through the use of relevant media and technology.
