From Courier Journal:
At Louisville Storytellers Project, we bring light to extraordinary stories from neighbors and notables. On Feb. 13, we’re turning the tables on our journalists.
Reporters, anchors and photojournalists will take to the stage and tell us their Stories about Stories. They’ll share tales about the sources that changes their lives.
Here’s the lineup for the event:
Caitlin McGlade, a Courier Journal investigative reporter who recently joined the staff after stints at the Sun Sentinel and Arizona Republic
Renee Murphy, a longtime WHAS TV journalist who anchors the station’s morning newscasts
Doug Proffitt, a Louisville native who anchors the evening newscasts at WHAS TV
Alton Strupp, a Courier Journal photojournalist whose camera has taken him around the world this past year
Laura Ungar, a Courier Journal and USA TODAY reporter who has exposed the roots of the country’s heroin crisis
Deborah Yetter, a Courier Journal reporter whose work protecting children has saved lives
Tickets are just $10 and a cash bar is available. Play Louisville, 1101 E. Washington St. in Louisville, is opening its theater just for us on the evening of the show.
