Where KPA was ‘born’ 149 years ago tomorrow (Jan. 13)

Somewhere in this row of buildings on St. Clair Street in downtown Frankfort, a group of Kentucky newspaper publishers met on Wednesday, January 13, 1869, to begin forming the Kentucky Press Association.
