Don Armstrong, former KPA executive director, passes away

Donald “Don” Leigh Armstrong, 86, Shelbyville, KY, died on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. He was born March 14, 1931, in Evanston, IL, to James William and Francele “Skeet” Harris Armstrong.  He was a journalist, career government communicator, veteran, educator, lobbyist and civic leader.
