The National Press Foundation is offering a four-day, all-expenses-paid training program from Sept. 23-26, in Kansas City to explore the future of food and agriculture. Journalists in attendance will hear from experts on ways food is grown, marketed, sold and wasted. They will also learn about labeling, growing methods, GMOs, pesticide and herbicide use and organic farming.
The fellowship includes airfare, ground transportation, hotel costs and most meals. The deadline to apply is Monday, July 30. Apply here.
