Note new phone number, new attorneys for KPA Freedom of Information Hotline
KPA general counsel Jon Fleischaker is leaving Dinsmore & Shohl after today and will be joining the Louisville law firm of Kaplan & Partners, LLC.
Jon has overseen the KPA Freedom of Information Hotline since its inception in the 1980s and will continue doing so with the new firm. All KPA members need to make note of the new contact information for Jon as well as for the new attorneys who will available for hotline calls.
Kaplan & Partners telephone number is 502-416-1630 so effective Monday, October 16, use that number to call the hotline.
Attorneys who will be available to answer hotline questions include Jon Fleischaker, Michael Abate (Uh – BAH – tay), Casey Hinkle and Heather Harrell.

At Kaplan & Partners, Fleischaker will once again be partnering with Michael Abate, who joined the firm earlier this year.
