We’re down to three weeks to not just register for the KPA contests but to have your entries submitted. That’s for both the KPA Ad Contest and the KPA News Contest. The deadline is October 16 for having your entries uploaded.
We’re at 31 newspapers registered, a far cry from the 75 to 80 that normally enter. And we realize some are exercising their membership in the other KPA — the Kentucky Procrastinators Association — and will put it off and put it off. But while you have a minute (and that’s about all it takes) go ahead and get the registration part out of the way. Because if you don’t register, you can’t do anything else including getting into the rules and categories and uploading your entries.
To get registered and then read the rules, categories and entry process, go to https://www.newspapercontest.com/Contests/KentuckyPressAssociation.aspx
Both contests are open to all issues published between October 1, 2019, and September 30, 2020.
