KPA’s Public Notice website has new FTP login for all Kentucky newspapers

The Kentucky Press Association has been offering a website for all public notices published in Kentucky newspapers since 2011. That was a project instituted by Jamie Sizemore when she served as president of KPA.

The site was made available so there would be one source for the public to view all public notices of Kentucky public agencies and other resources.

Newspapers only have to upload one digital copy of each issue and NewzGroup then scrapes the public notices and places those on the website.

The public notices, available at no cost to a viewer, are available at  The notices are published so that the public can word search for a specific notice.

Word came this week that KPA newspapers uploading notices have gotten a new protocol for uploading the notices. All publishers have received an email from NewzGroup and from KPA with the new login information. If you have not received the notification, please contact me. If you are having any trouble uploading the notices with the new protocol, please contact Amy Fritz, Director of NewzGroup Production Operations, office  800-474-1111, ext. 9001 or by email
