Sunday marks the start of Sunshine Week, the annual nationwide celebration of access to public information and what it means for you and your community. Sunshine Week runs from March 10-16.Sunshine Week is a great opportunity for you to editorialize and write your own stories about why open government is good government.

In addition to writing your own content for your community, the national toolkit is available for your use here. It contains a special reporting package including stories and photos, information about the Whistleblower Project, opinion columns, editorial cartoons, Sunshine Week logos and an assortment of FOI resources.
